Amerykański Trybunał Wojskowy w Norymberdze
 | Po zakończeniu głównego procesu w Norymberdze Amerykanie rozpoczęli serię procesów ludzi związanych z III Rzeszą. Procesów takich odbyło się 12. Wyroki w owych dwunastu procesach przed amerykańskim Trybunalem Wojskowym wydano na podstawie wyroku IMT jako prejudykatu oraz Ustawy Nr 10 Sojuszniczej Rady Kontroli. Proces I
Akt oskarżenia z 25 października 1946 obejmował zbrodnicze sprzysiężęnie, zbrodnie wojenne i zbrodnie przeciwko ludzkości. Chodziło tu głównie o doświadczenia na ludziach, zabójstwa nieuleczalnie i umysłowo chorych. Przewodniczył Walter B.Beals, śedzia Sądu Najwyższego Stanu Washington. Wyroki zapadły 20 sieprnia 1947 roku.

Oskarżony skazany został przez Trybunał pod przewodnictwem sędziego Roberta M. Tomsa z Sšdu Apelacyjnego w Michigan. Wyrok zapadł 17 kwietnia 1947 roku. Milcha skazano na karę dożywotniego więzienia, która nstepnie została zamieniona w 1951 roku na 15 lat.

Czytałam tą książkę.... jest to historia Norymbergii (jak doszło do procesu, pod wzgledem prawnym), wg jakiego prawa byli oni sądzeni.Coś w rodzaju prawa międzynarodowego od początku jego istnienie, do wszystkich postanowień i deklaracji z okresu wojny. Bardzo pożyteczna. |
